I was born and raised in Australia but came to the US when I was in my early twenties. The US was where I was able to further my education and develop my passions.

Education in fine arts, science, and law led to careers in opera and chorus work, followed by research assistant roles at a major medical center, and many years practicing law. I consulted for nonprofit organizations, focused on building strategic partnerships between nonprofits and corporations. This included co-designing literacy training conferences for educators and parents within Chicago Public Schools. ​

Opportunities to lead conferences, trainings, and public initiatives both locally and internationally, enabled me to develop a communication style that is engaging, thoughtful, and accessible to diverse audiences.

Alongside my professional work, I volunteered with organizations serving homeless women, the disabled, and programs supporting orphaned and abused children - experiences that continued to ground me in empathy and purpose.

This breadth of experience translates seamlessly into voiceover work. Opera developed  creativity, and emotional range as a performer. Research developed respect for the integrity of data, while my legal career sharpened the ability to communicate clearly, think quickly, and remain calm under pressure. ​
